Easy Parmesan Garlic Chicken

1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
6 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 teas garlic powder

Mix cheese, garlic powder and salad dressing mix.
Moisten chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 min or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with buttered potatoes/fresh green beans and skillet garlic bread.
Skillet Garlic bread
Slice needed amounts of french bread and spread with garlic butter. Fry bread in skillet on ea side until it is lightly browned to your liking. This gives the bread a totally different tastes that if you baked it.

    • Hi Robin, guess what, went back to HL, as some friends had never been and wanted me to go with them, so 3 times, I have been and each time just gets better, ha….hope you are enjoying baking and getting ready for Christmas. Thanks for pointing me to pinterest. Another friend is on it and is trying to show me how to do this, but it is a little complicated. WIll have to have you give me lessons on how to make the boards, see you the 14th, Trudy


    • HI Karen, isn’t this green/red combo so Christmasey? How are you? We are doing good and already so involved with the church here, it seems like we have been here for years. Every time I see a picture of anything having to do with the Ministers Wives luncheon, it makes me miss ya’ll so much. Hope all is well. I bet you are just cooking up a storm. Have you ever made the new macaroons? the ones with the filling? They look hard and complicated, but am wanting to try them. Merry Christmas to you and know you are missed and loved. Trudy
