Just finished baking the pink lemonade cookies I posted a few minutes ago and am including a picture of them. I ended up rolling the tops in colored sugar to add “sparkle”. Just wanted to mention that any time you are using any type of box mix to begin a recipe, always use unsalted butter as your shortening when it calls for oil or butter. Because prepared mixes already have so much salt in them, using salted butter will just add more of a salty taste.
