The pineapple sheet cake that I posted on here today is absolutely wonderful and light to serve as cupcakes or as stated on the blog. I have served it a many teas and luncheons and the ladies just love it. You can sprinkle on the yellow sugar which is available at Michael’s and where Wilton products are sold. I looks so pretty on a tiered cake plate.
